Sunnyside is a program that helps you drink less (or eventually quit) by focusing on proven harm-reduction techniques. It includes education, tracking and planning tools, coaching from real humans, community, and resources.
Who is Sunnyside for?
Sunnyside is for mindful drinkers who want to create a healthier relationship with alcohol while still enjoying life. Most of us are professionals and parents who drink socially but want better balance - not people seeking addiction treatment.
Can I still enjoy some drinks?
Absolutely! Sunnyside isn't about quitting - it's about finding your perfect balance. Most of us still enjoy wine with dinner or cocktails with friends. We're just more mindful about when and how much.
Is my information private?
We take privacy very seriously at Sunnyside. This is a personal journey for you. Your data is never shared, and only coaches who you interact with will review your tracking history and data. More information in our Privacy Policy.
Does Sunnyside work?
Yes! In an August 2024 third-party, peer reviewed study, Sunnyside was demonstrated to reduce weekly alcohol consumption by 33% after 12 weeks. And in a survey 96% of Sunnyside members reported drinking less!
What’s the daily experience like?
Think of us as your wellness partner. You'll set your own goals, track drinks in a simple text message, and get encouraging daily check-ins. No shame, no pressure - just practical support for building healthier habits around drinking.
How much does it cost?
When you sign up, you’ll get a free 15-day trial to test things out on your terms. After the trial, you can choose to upgrade, which costs $99/year. We also have monthly and quarterly plans, but you’ll need to contact our support team.
Can I change my plan and goals?
Absolutely! Although we like to challenge ourselves at Sunnyside, nothing is set in stone. We want you to feel free to change your plan at any time. The most important thing is that you track and try to stay on the plan that you set.
