What’s the daily experience like?
Think of us as your wellness partner. You'll set your own goals, track drinks in a simple text message, and get encouraging daily check-ins. No shame, no pressure - just practical support for building healthier habits around drinking.
How much does it cost?
When you sign up, you’ll get a free 15-day trial to test things out on your terms. After the trial, you can choose to upgrade, which costs $99/year. We also have monthly and quarterly plans, but you’ll need to contact our support team.
Can I change my plan and goals?
Absolutely! Although we like to challenge ourselves at Sunnyside, nothing is set in stone. We want you to feel free to change your plan at any time. The most important thing is that you track and try to stay on the plan that you set.
We know know how hard it can be start making changes to your drinking habits. We've been there ourselves.
Sunnyside isn't an all-or-nothing sobriety program. It's a harm-reduction app based in science. We use proven behavioral change techniques to help you take charge of your drinking habits. We don't rely on willpower.
